I develop and deliver bespoke coaching training courses for a range of institutions to enable individuals to use coaching in their work lives.

 

This may be senior or middle leaders who want to establish a coaching culture within their organisation. A coaching culture empowers people to think for themselves and make decisions. I also train teachers to peer coach to develop their teaching practice and provide training to teachers and teaching support staff to use coaching skills and behaviours in the classroom to facilitate learning and support the pupils they work with to become more reflective, resilient and independent.
